About Us
Mardi Gras At The Beach, Inc. is a sister organization to The Krewe Of Dominique Youx. Many of our board members and committee members are also members of The Krewe. For over 25 years we have been celebrating the Mardi Gras Season here in Bay County Florida. Two years ago, we moved back to the beach to continue the Mardi Gras Tradition.
We have partnered with several local organizations to make the weekend festival a reality. Our charter sponsors are Simon Properties, owners of Pier Park, The Tourist Development Council of Bay County, The City of Panama City Beach, Magic Broadcasting and Regions Bank. Last year we had an estimated crowd of over 50,000 attend the Mardi Gras Parade.
Our goal is to be people's first choice for a destination to celebrate Mardi Gras in Florida. We plan to achieve that goal by adding to our festival every year. We hope you will make plans to join us for next year.
